PERSONAL WELL-BEING RETREAT WEEKEND
We are so excited and happy to share with you our plans for this year’s retreat weekend from 29th September – 1st October at Tilburgseweg 54, Moergestel thanks to our host Stichting Soka.
During this weekend, we focus on holistic personal well-being by integrating all aspects of life: Family, Work and Society. When properly integrated, these aspects of life can serve as the means to thrive and truly flourish, both individually and collectively. We shall dive into creating and managing healthy relationships by focusing on our own personalities.
The program includes:
Day 1: Benefit dinner to support a social project in Nigeria, followed by a welcome note by Shesustain’s founders; Christy Aikhorin of UnikBlends and Veena Joseph of Forerunners with a Borrel & Games to conclude the day.
Day 2: Two captivating stories of professional challenges and personal transformations. The narratives will pave the way for an insightful panel discussion on the Role of Women in Today’s Society. The day also offers ample opportunities for mindfulness and reconnection, featuring a serene nature walk and an enlightening Emotional Awareness Workshop.
Day 3: Is a family day with husbands/partners and children +14 years, invited to participate in the Arbinger seminar: Anatomy of Peace, Resolving the Heart of Conflicts. Childcare plus a kids program for younger children shall be provided by Mollynn of African Culture Promotion Center
